GRAMMY NOMINATED SARAH HART - March 11
We had a wonderful evening at St. Joan of Arc with Grammy Nominated Sarah Hart.
Sarah Hart's Website: www.sarahhart.com
"I think it's all about life," Hart says. "It's all about faith and the human experience, and that's what allows people to relate. You have to be in touch with that experience as an artist; fearlessness in that place of honesty, and being able to write, speak and sing from it is, for me, the key."
With her upbeat lyrics, musicianship and a faith that shines through in every song, Sarah most recently released Above Earth’s Lamentation, her eighth album as a solo artist. That collection of songs, captured with Nashville producer Paul Moak, comes during a fruitful songwriting season for Hart. Amy Grant, Celtic Woman, Matt Maher, Jason Crabb and The Newsboys are among those who’ve recently recorded her songs, and Grant's recording of "Better Than a Hallelujah" earned Hart a Best Gospel Song Grammy nomination.

STEVE ANGRISANO - A wonderful experience
We had a wonderful concert experience with Steve Angrisano - we hope to have him back again.
A veteran musician, composer and youth minister who has been featured at 7 World Youth Days, served as Emcee for ’05 ’07 ’09 and ’11 National Catholic Youth Conference, Steve is undoubtedly one of the most effective and versatile ministry leaders in the Church today. Those who are young (and young at heart) embrace the passionate message of faith, hope and love woven throughout his music and storytelling. Always rooted in a spirit of humility and faithfulness, Steve has a keen intuition regarding the needs of any audience and engages them with his unique blend of humor, song, story and interaction. This makes him both a natural and popular choice for diverse parish, diocesan, national and world-wide events.

Told through Tajči’s stunning and engaging music, “A Christmas Concert Experience” is a story of our longing to believe, of awaiting the moment in which the “Word becomes flesh and dwells amongst us”. If you can only attend one event during the Holiday Season, this is the one that you, your children and your parents will all enjoy.
When: December 6th, 7 pm (doors open at 6:15)
Where: St. Joan of Arc Church (820 Division St., Lisle, IL)

TEENAGE SUPERSTAR At the age of 19, Tajči became a superstar in Central Europe when she electrified an international TV audience, estimated at over a billion people, in the Eurovision Song Contest. The release of her recording of “Hajde da Ludujemo” (“Let’s Go Crazy”), coupled with the fall of the Berlin Wall, sparked a wave of optimism and an adulation for the attractive, engaging teenager.
As thousands of people of all ages jammed Tajči’s concerts, her records achieved Platinum and Diamond sales. There was a Tajči doll, newborns were named after her, and the European magazines and tabloids filled their pages with Tajči stories and photos.
In 1991, according to CMN Magazine, “Shocking her country and peers, Tatiana left it all— stardom, glamor, fame, friends and family to come to the United States, alone and unknown, at age 21.”
Finding Love while staying at a retreat house run by the Carmelite Sisters in Los Angeles, Tajči found her future husband, Matthew Cameron, who encouraged her to tell the story of her own quest for spiritual healing.
Her performances were so compelling and cathartic that many in the audience wept openly. Those who heard her began to spread the word of what they had experienced. Soon requests for appearances were coming in from all over the country.

ABOUT TIM TIMMONS
Ask anyone sitting in a church pew on a Sunday morning if they believe in Jesus and the response is most always ‘yes.’ But ask them if they follow Jesus, REALLY follow him, and the question becomes tougher to answer. On his Reunion Records debut, Cast My Cares, singer/songwriter, blogger and worship leader Tim Timmons takes a look at what it means to not only believe in Jesus, but to change the world by truly following Him.
“Following Jesus versus being a believer in Him is revolutionary,” Timmons says with a smile spreading across his face and his voice teeming with infectious energy. “I actually believe it will revolutionize the power of the Kingdom. What if the people who fill our weekend church services actually saw themselves as the church in the name, the power and the authority of Jesus as we walked out of that building? I get really excited just thinking about it.” READ MORE>

US Tour - 2014
Starting this Fall through to November. 40 USA cities. St. Joan of Arc is one of their first tour dates!
Listen to their story -- "It's Time for you to Start Your Fire"
Known for pushing artistic boundaries, the Campfire project sees the group in their creative element, using inventive and often surprising new arrangements of material from their previous two albums, Organic Family Hymnal and Homemade Worship by Handmade People, to lead a small gathering of friends in worship around a campfire. The vocals were recorded live outdoors on Ballyholme beach. The result is an album that captures the raw, rootsy, foot-stomping energy of the Irish worshippers, which has been infectious among audiences across the globe, as well as the vulnerability and intimacy of home group worship.
